SSC Lady Cardinals Finish 6th in NE Class B State Golf Tournament

  • SSC shot a team score of 387in the 2nd round, combined with the 1st round of 402, they totaled a 792 in the 2 day tournament to finished a solid 6th.  Molly Frank finished tied for 10th individually firing a round of 87 on the 2nd day - her combined score was 177 (90 & 87).  Brooke Mogensen carded a 103 - her combined score was 205 (102 & 103); Courtney Buckley shot a 100 - her combined score was 207 (107 & 100); Lindsie Love added a 97 - her combined score was 212 (115 & 97); & Maggie DeHarty added a 108 - her combined score was 214 (106 & 108)

Lady Cardinals in 7th Place after 1st Round of NE State Golf Tournament

  • SSC shot a team score of 405 in the 1st round good for 7th place.  Molly Frank led the way for the Cardinals with a round of 90 (46-44), Brooke Mogensen carded a 102 (48-54), Maggie DeHarty added a 106 (54-42), Courtney Buckley a 107 (52-55), & Lindsie Love a 115 (54-61)

SSC Lady Cardinals WIN District Golf Meet!

  • Team Scoring:  South Sioux 408, Omaha Duchesne 427, & Omaha Skutt 439.  The top three teems and top ten individuals advance to the NE State Golf Meet in Grand Island next Monday & Tuesday.
  • Scoring for South Sioux with their individual place in parenthesis. Molly Frank(2) 88, Courtney Buckley(4) 104, Brooke Mogensen(6) 107, and Maggie DeHarty(9) 109

  • The Sioux Sioux girls golf team played yet another invite on Thursday Sept 30. The girls ended up sixth with Molly Frank leading the way for the Cardinals, while placing 11th overall. Kayla Knopik of Papillion was the medalist shooting an 83. The scorers for South Sioux were. Molly Frank 96, Brooke Mogensen 99, Courtney Buckley 105, Lindsie Love 109. The tournament was played at Willow Lakes in Omaha.

River City Conference Results held in Beatrice

  • Beatrice won it with 362, South Sioux City was second with 379, then Skutt 425, Duschesne 430, Ralston 495, Roncalli 514, Gross 558.
  • Our girls played their best 18 holes of the season with three placing in the top ten. Katie Gloor of Beatrice was the medalist with 81, Molly Frank was SSC was 4th with a 91, Brooke Mogensen SSC was 6th with a 92, and Courtney Buckley was 7th with a 95.  Rounding out the scoring for South Sioux was Maggie DeHarty wth 101. Lindsie Love also played well shooting 102. It was a great team outing for the girls!

SSC Places 14th in Norfolk Invitational

  • Team Score:  South Sioux City had a team score of 417
  • Molly Frank led the way for SSC with a round of 90, Lindsie Love carded a 108, Brooke Mogensen a 109, and Maggie DeHarty added a 110.

Lady Cardinals defeat Omaha Skutt & Omaha Roncalli

  • Team Scores:  South Sioux City 184, Omaha Skutt 206, & Omaha Roncalli 253
  • Leading the way for the Lady Cardinals was Molly Frank, as she earned medalist honors with a score of 40.  Runner-up medalist with a 45 was SSC's Lindsie Love.  Other scores for SSC were Brooke Mogensen with a 47 and Maggie DeHarty with a 52.

SSC 5th Place in 11 team Lincoln Golf Classic - Led by Medalist Molly Frank

  • Molly Frank won medalist honors with a round of 83.  Brooke Mogensen added a 96, Courtney Buckley a 108, & Lindsie Love a 110.  The team shot a combined score of 397.

  • Brooke Mogensen was medalist for the varsity with 50.  Molly Frank had a round of 51, Lindsie Love shot a 52, & Maggie DeHarty a 53
  • Carra Anderson was medalist for the JV with 47

SSC Lady Cards Win Pender Triangular

    Molly Frank earned medalist honors in leading SSC with a 41, Courtney Buckley added a 47, Brooke Mogensen carded a 50, & Lindsie Love rounded out the scoring for SSC with a 51.

Lady Cardinals Finish 12th in Lincoln Pius X Shootout

  • SSC as a team shot a 404 & finished 12th out of 16 teams
    Molly Frank led the way for the Cardinals with a round of 93, Courtney Buckley carded a 98, Brooke Mogensen added a round of 105, & Maggie DeHarty shot a 108
