Mission Statement Survey
The purpose of the South Sioux City Community School District’s mission statement is to describe the reason for its existence and its aspirations for students. You are invited to assist the district in determining possible changes to its mission statement and motto by completing a survey. The survey should take less than ten minutes to complete. Your ideas and comments are valued. There are two options for taking the survey. You can participate by completing the survey online at http://surveys.nebraska.org/fillsurvey.php?sid=496 or by completing this form and returning it to any school or office in the South Sioux City Community School District.
