2006-2007 Results:

The Quiz Bowl Team traveled to Sioux Falls Saturday to compete in a National Academic Quiz Tournament.  In the preliminary rounds, they played six games and ended up with a 5-1 record.  Fourteen schools advanced to the elimination rounds, and SSC placed fifth.  In the elimination rounds, had we won our last game, we would have advanced to the quarter finals and qualified for nationals.  Evan Swan received a trophy for the second highest scorer in the preliminary rounds.  If you see Evan, Jimmy Otterby, Karina Pedroza, or Jordan Schmidt today, please congratulate them.  They represented South Sioux City in a winning way!
