The SSC Speech Team traveled to Norfolk. We placed 10^th overall and the following students placed in their respective categories.

OID A – Trivia of Sports – 6^th place ( Amanda Rich, Erin Koehler, Avonelle Stoltze, Sarah Munson, Kelsie Knutson)
OID B – Going Local – 5^th place ( Annie Kelly, Jennirae Sullivan, Rusty Stout, Danielle Reed, Anna Peraliz)
Duet Acting – 4^th place (Avonelle Stoltze, Sarah Munson)
Poetry – 3^rd place (Melanie Allen)
Persuasive Speaking – 3^rd place (Rusty Stout)
