Be sure to keep your child’s emergency contact form current with name and phone numbers to reach someone who can pick up your child or in case of an emergency. In following these simple guidelines, it will assist the school in decreasing the spread of illness.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your school with your questions.
