Preschool Registration

Dear families of future Preschoolers,

We are so excited to have your child attending our school starting in the fall of 2022!  The South Sioux City Community School District is committed to providing a free preschool education to students who live in the community and have reached age 4 on or before July, 31 2023. 

To secure your child’s spot in preschool for the 2023-2024 school year, please register by completing the process described below.

Download and fill out the registration forms and return them to the School Administration Building (drop off, email or fax) to finalize your child's Preschool registration.  If you do not have access to printer, please come to the School Administration Building and pickup a packet to complete and return.

You will also need to provide the following documentation:

• Parent Identification
• Birth Certificate (not the hospital copy)
• Shot Records
• 2 Proofs of Residence (such as a current utility bill, lease or mortgage, W2, Car Registration)

**NOTE: if your child attends the Cardinal Preschool at EN Swett you typically won’t need to bring the documents again next year when registering for our Kindergarten.  Students that attended our preschool are automatically registered in Kindergarten.
