1. After clicking on the link select “Open”.

 - you could also select “Save”(or “save to disk”).  Then save it to your “My Documents” folder or your Desktop. Then open the Word Document by double-clicking on the file in the My Documents or Desktop. 

2. Fill in the appropriate information and select “Save As” from the “File” drop down menu.  Do a “Save As” for each employee.
