Term A
Thursday, September 5 – All-State applications are due 
Sunday, September 29 – Coronation (Chamber Singers), 4:00 p.m. in the Mini Dome  
Wednesday, October 2 – Homecoming Talent Assembly (end of the school day) TBD  
Friday, October 4 – All-State Auditions recorded and uploaded (Saturday, October 5 if needed)  
**  Monday, October 7 – Fall Vocal Concert, 7:00 p.m., Middle School Auditorium 

Term B
November 21-23 – All-State Festival in Lincoln
December 2 and 3 - Madrigal Dinner (Dress rehearsal: Sunday, December 1)  
**  Tuesday, December 10 – Christmas Concert, 7:00 p.m., Middle School Auditorium         

Term C
Tuesday, February 11 – RCC Choir and Band Music Festival at Beatrice
** Monday, February 17 – Cabaret Night, 7:00 p.m., High School Practice Gym         

Term D
** Monday, April 20– High School Spring Concert, 7:00 p.m., Middle School Auditorium  
** Friday, April 24 – District Music Contest, all day at South Sioux City  
Wednesday, May 13 – SSC music contest high school and middle school.  
** Sunday, May 17 – Graduation at 1:30 p.m. (Chamber Singers, Women’s Ensemble and Seniors)

The South Sioux City Vocal Music Department brings you an evening of Renaissance entertainment. We will take you back to a medieval castle during the Holiday season. You will be guests of the King and Queen, the lords and ladies of the kingdom and the royal servants. Your evening of festivities will include a 5 course meal, candlelight, costumes, a royal drama, pageantry and music by the Royal Court.

All Tickets are $10.00 and must be purchased by a certain date. Seating is by reservation only. Reservations can be made by bringing your payment to the Beth in the high school office (494-2433). Your reservations can only be made when accompanied with your payment. Seating is done on a first come - first served basis. There is limited seating, so order your tickets early. All tickets are non-refundable.

Concert Etiquette:

Out of respect for the performers and others in the audience, please refrain from talking during a song. Please help by keeping your children quiet or take them out until they quiet down. Please turn all pagers and cell phones off or to vibrate mode. If you must, please step outside of the auditorium to use your cell phone.If you must leave before the concert is concluded, please wait until a group has finished performing or, until the selection is finished When a large work is performed with several movements, please wait until the last movement is completed before applauding. this helps keep the perspective of the large work as a whole composition.
