High School Parent Survey- Substance Use & Bullying Prevention

Help us, help you! Your input is important as we continue to reduce underage drinking, drug use, and bullying in our community. If you are the parent, foster parent, or guardian of a 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grader, you are eligible to participate! Please visit the English or Spanish link below to complete our 2021 Siouxland CARES High School Parent Survey. As an incentive, parents who complete the survey have the opportunity to register for a drawing for one of six $25 gift cards.
