Tolerance Week Essay Contest Winner Ulises Tapia-Sanchez

     

Ulises Tapia-Sanchez won the Sioux City Tolerance Week Middle School Essay Contest. He was presented with this recognition at the Tolerance Week Banquet held at the Orpheum Theater on Wednesday evening, April 10.
