The Student Handbook Receipt and Field Trip Permission Form* are now part of Synergy’s ParentVUE.  For parents currently using Synergy’s ParentVUE, you are now able to complete enrollment verification online. This tool will allow you to update student information and submit several forms online, including the forms listed above.

*If you want to print, sign and return a paper copy Student Handbook Receipt and Field Trip Permission Form that is also acceptable.
