The main focus of the SSC HS Cheerleading program is to promote good sportsmanship and encourage school spirit. Forty-two girls make up the cheerleading squads at South Sioux City HS. The girls go through tryouts every spring and and are selected to cheer for either JV or Varsity Football, Boy's Basketball, & Girls' Basketball. The girls work hard throughout the year doing fundraisers, attending camps, and promoting School Spirit!
