Families are invited to take part in a Bike Rodeo from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 4, at South Sioux City Middle School as part of the evening’s National Night Out activities.

Children may bring their own bicycle or ride one provided at the event. Participants will complete an obstacle course and receive a bag of school supplies and a bicycle helmet. Those who complete the course will also be entered for a chance to win one of 37 bicycles.

Bike Rodeo registration will close at 7:30 p.m. The event is sponsored by the South Sioux City Optimist Club and the Dakota County Health Department.
